Effective September 9, 2026. This notice describes website measurement and inquiry processing on permadynanalytics.com. Client and engagement data are governed separately by the applicable agreements and client environment.

Aggregate measurement helps improve the public site
Collection
Analytics begins when a public page loads and may process page URLs, referrers, approximate location, device and browser information, and interaction events. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may prevent measurement.
Boundary
The site does not send form content, email addresses, names, project descriptions, healthcare data, or protected health information to Google Analytics. Do not place sensitive information in website URLs.
Provider
Google processes measurement data under its service terms and privacy documentation. The production measurement property is controlled by Permadyn Analytics.
Project inquiries
How we handle your project inquiry
Purpose
The native project form records your name, work email, optional company, service interest and timing, plus a project description and source context. We save the inquiry and its delivery status in our server database before sending business contact details and project context to HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider. Email remains available.
Sensitive-data boundary
Do not submit PHI, personal information about another person, credentials, security details, client names, or confidential operating data through the form or email.
Follow-up
We use your inquiry for project review, relevant replies and sales follow-up. Inquiries do not subscribe you to marketing emails. A successful form message confirms local receipt; HubSpot delivery is tracked separately. Complete local briefs require owner authentication.
Retention and deletion
Website inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Ongoing client records may be governed separately by engagement agreements. Deletion or correction requests can be sent to info@permadynanalytics.com and are handled across the local database and HubSpot; limited backup copies expire on their normal retention schedule. We do not retain raw IP addresses for inquiry capture; a secret-keyed hash is used briefly for rate limiting.
Reporting-resource attribution
The site uses session storage to remember the landing page, the first private equity resource visited, the reporting topic, and limited campaign labels during a browsing session. This helps attribute inquiries and resource use. Contact links can carry the source page and reporting topic when storage is unavailable. These browser records do not contain form text or contact details. Attribution stays within this website; we do not infer cross-device journeys. Each locally saved inquiry retains its own source context, even when the same person also contacts permadyn.ai. Inquiry identifiers are used for CRM follow-up and exports and are never sent to Google Analytics. Measurement uses page paths without query strings. Browser privacy controls can limit storage or measurement.
Important boundary
No sensitive project material belongs in a website form.
Use the form only to describe the business need at a high level. Contract, access, environment, data classification, security, and approved transfer methods are established separately before sensitive information is exchanged.
